Our Response

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will:

  • Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
  • Notify the user who posted the material
  • Take reasonable steps to notify the user of the DMCA notice
  • Process valid counter-notifications if received

Counter-Notification

If you believe that your material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification. A counter-notification must include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature
  • Identification of the material that was removed
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake
  • Your name, address, and telephone number
  • A statement that you consent to jurisdiction of the federal court

Repeat Infringers

We have a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts or access of users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.

False Claims

Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing or was removed by mistake may be subject to liability.
